Chris began his athletic career in wrestling at the age of 4 years old. A graduate of Archbishop Wood High School ('98), he was a three year team captain, accumulated 118 career high school wins, 3-time Philadelphia Catholic League Champion and 2-time High School National Prep All-American ('98-Champion, '97-4th). He went on to wrestle varsity at Lock Haven University, until eventually transferring to Delaware Valley College his senior year, where he completed his collegiate wrestling career. During his varsity college wrestling career, he wrestled and placed in many open and collegiate wrestling tournaments throughout the country.

Chris graduated from Delaware Valley College with a degree in Business Administration - Finance. He also received his Master's degree in Real Estate Finance & Investments from The Johns Hopkins University, Carey School of Business, Edward St. John School of Real Estate in Baltimore, MD in 2010. He spent 10 years working in the private sector as a real estate professional, financing, trading and owning real estate investments, until 2013 when he left the corporate world to focus full-time on owning and operating a sports performance and functional fitness gym, specializing in coaching wrestling, Olympic weightlifting, kids fitness and CrossFit.

In 2011, he took over the position of Wrestling Coach at Archbishop Wood High School. At that time, the school’s wrestling program was on the verge of being phased out of the athletic curriculum, until a former coach assembled a group of alumni wrestlers, which unknowingly set in motion a revival of a wrestling program and profession change. Chris implemented the use of Olympic weightlifting and functional fitness as the foundation of the team’s strength and conditioning program. In addition, private wrestling and weightlifting training slowly transformed into coaching full-time and owning a fitness business. As a result of his dedication to the wrestling program and his decorated high school career, in 2015 he was inducted into Archbishop Wood High School’s hall of fame for Athletics.
